I haven't posted a recipe in a while because I haven't been very active with the camera in the kitchen. So while I didn't take the pictures of this deliciousness, I thought our menu was worth sharing. We made Balsamic Rosemary Pork Tenderloin from Recipe Girl, Roasted Carrots from Pioneer Woman, Fried Green Tomatoes from the Neely's (Memphis natives..whoop whoop), and a classic Green Bean Casserole. Everything was wonderful!! (I skipped the dip for the tomatoes and halved the recipe for the green beans). Here are pics I borrowed from the respective websites.
